I am a Principal of an Interior Architecture firm in Baltimore, Maryland. Renovating my own residence, I reached out to Kersi Press. Working with he Baltimore Office of Architessa was effortless and a pleasure. Kersi and Christy took incredible care and attention in assisting me with selection of product, samples, ordering and pick-up of products. I reached out to Kersi looking for a specific product and look for personal use, teaming with Christy, they both were attentive, expedient, and focused. Requesting a sample or two in the beginning, samples arrived the next day. They also sent images of other possibilities, and before I could even look and decide, I had the samples on my desk of several additional options the next day. But the attentive service did not stop there; once a selection was actually made, a sales order and payment portal was forwarded. Once product was received, the guys at the warehouse were great too for pick-up! I did the take-off myself, and due to waste factor, was off by a few tiles and Christy found 4 additional tiles immediately, picked -up and was done.
